Burnley Road Academy Flood
As Storms Desmond, Eva and Frank battered the North of England, a primary school in the Calder Valley was sadly forced to close its doors.
Over the course of five weeks, the whole of the large building was dried to its pre-loss condition. In addition, our specialist sanitisation service was used to disinfect the flooded areas.
The strategic approach adopted by the team meant that a mixture of high energy, trailer-mounted boiler drying was used in conjunction with DBK-drying in other areas. This was an extensive property with many separate areas, but Xeric's equipment was able to penetrate all affected areas.
The swift and efficient process has now allowed the considerable reinstatement works to begin ahead of schedule, so that the children can return to their school in the quickest possible time. Another great job by our expert team!
